Sophie is a scenic artist and scene designer from the San Francisco Bay Area. She started working in theatre at the age of 12 with Marin Summer Theatre. In 2019, Sophie received her BFA in Theatre Arts and minor in Art History from Southern Oregon University. She is currently attending University of North Carolina School of the Arts and plans to receive her MFA in Scenic Art in 2025.
While not at work, Sophie enjoys collecting handmade mugs, visiting local coffee shops, listening to audiobooks, traveling to new places, and rewatching "Seinfeld". Sophie also enjoys printmaking, collage, and making cardboard hats.
